Here are some of the most common questions we receive at reep5star. We believe in transparency and want to ensure you have all the information you need.

1. How much does it cost to use REEP?

We can do your first home for free. Send us a link of your home, answer 3 questions, and we will send you a summary page of your home detailing its score using our 5 star rating system.

2. What if I want all of the details on the home?

You will be required to answer several more questions to assist us in evaluating the home according to your needs. You will then receive a 7 page report explaining all of the criteria in our evaluation and give you a rating out of 5 stars for your home. The cost is $25

3. What if I have several homes that I want to evaluate?

You can evaluate 5 homes receiving a 7 page report on each home. All of the detail will be provided and you will clearly and confidently be able to tell which home scores the best for you. The cost is $49 for 5 homes.

4. What if I want to evaluate many homes?

The best package is to buy a 6 month subscription for $180 which gives you unlimited access to home evaluations. All details are provided. This is the best option for a realtor, an investor or someone who works in the real estate industry.

5. Do you guarantee your services?

We provide the best analysis of the properties with the information that is provided to us, as well as information from our own data base.  The information should be used in conjunction with your other real estate advisors like realtors, bankers, lawyers,  appraisers and home inspectors.  Although the report is very thorough, there is no guarantee that the report is exact for your needs.  It is offered as experienced advice on the choices you are making. 

6. Why not just use AI to do an evaluation?

We would encourage you to try AI in your search.  It does a very quick and helpful job in highlighting many  issues.  Unfortunately, it also misses many important issues and does not know what they are.  Some AI models won't answer and others give partial answers.  A great tool, to use for sure.  Not a great resource to rely on.    Stick with experts in their fields like reep5star.

We appreciate that for this program to work, there is a certain amount of information that we require in order to give you the best and most confidential report that is just for you.  For your confidence, we are happy to receive your information anonymously.  We can assure you that you can remain anonymous in the process and don't need to provide us with your name, address, or any other personal information.  We will require some information for payment that is normal under any other financial transaction.  Our goal is to help you in your real estate decision and wish you success in your pursuit of the right home.
